Fabric is one of the favorite materials of Alice Channer's artistique language. The cloths are folded or streched, they live in the exhibiton space as dresses layed down on the skin following the body curves. The artworks created by the English artist are non-iconic, plays of lines, surfaces, interlockings of shapes but at the same time they are able to mantein always a kind of human breathe. The work of Alice Channer underlines the tactile qualities of materials, it redirects the gaze on the skin of the reality.

Le opere dell'artista sono assolutamente astratte, giochi di linee, piani, incastri di forme e allo stesso tempo sono capaci di mantenere sempre una sorta di respiro antropomorfo.
